- Autumn Greens Salad: Mixed baby greens, roasted delicata squash, dried cranberries, candied pecans, goat cheese, apple cider vinaigrette

Main Course – Choice of One:
- Traditional Thanksgiving Turkey & Ham: Herb-roasted turkey breast, brown sugar glazed ham, Yukon Gold mashed potatoes, sage stuffing, green bean almondine, cranberry compote, turkey gravy
- Cider-Braised Short Rib: Slow-braised beef short rib, whipped Yukon Gold potatoes, glazed root vegetables, rosemary demi-glace
- Harvest Vegetable Wellington (Vegetarian): Wild mushrooms, farro, quinoa, roasted seasonal vegetables, wrapped in puff pastry, sweet potato puree herb sauce
